Upon entering the drive court, visitors are guided towards the entrance by a water wall and ornamental tree, where the ocean view is revealed. The southern side of the home is enveloped in water, featuring a sunken fire pit that separates the hot tub area from an Olympic-length lap pool. The house is designed with living spaces and workspaces facing the southern view, separated from the private areas by a courtyard that drops to the lower level and is bridged by a cabana area opening into the rear yard with views of the surrounding landscape.The living room, which includes the kitchen and family areas, offers views to both the south and west and utilizes sliding panels to the courtyard for cross ventilation.

The lower level of the home is accessed by a sculptural staircase that connects to the courtyard below, providing light to the entertainment spaces, gym, and wellness area. Two additional bedrooms share the internal courtyard, while the remainder of the basement is taken up by service spaces and the media room. Both the gym and lower-level entertainment spaces open directly to a lower garden to the west.
